In everyday life there are expected and unexpected happenings that come, people may face new, challenging or threatening life situations. Anxiety
is a tense emotional state and in medical settings it is fear of the unknown,
unexpected news about one's health and impairment of bodily function. People
has different fears where as to place, animals, scenarios and etc., in anxiety,
people become anxious because they doesn't know of what will happen that
there's no fact or assurance of result will become.
According to Medical News Today by James D. Hawkins entitled All about anxiety . In this article that I had read it shows what is anxiety all about and in this article he discussed the different forms and types of anxiety. It shows also what are the reasons or causes to have an anxiety.
"Anxiety disorders may be caused by environmental factors, medical factors, genetics, brain chemistry, substance abuse, or a combination of these. It is most commonly triggered by the stress in our lives. Usually anxiety is a response to outside forces, but it is possible that we make ourselves anxious with "negative self-talk" - a habit of always telling ourselves the worst will happen."
Based on my experience I agree that every people have a habit of always telling what worst will happen rather than telling what is the best or fine situation will come because having a negative self-talk to yourself for me is like not expecting to something. That’s the advantage of not being positive person but this advantage is not good in other people. For some people, anxiety becomes so overwhelming that it takes over their lives. Anxiety symptoms include persistent irritability or worry, a sense of dread, and difficulties concentrating and sleeping. There might also be physical symptoms, like sweating, tensions and pain, heavy and rapid breathing, dizziness, stomach aches, sickness and diarrhea.

It says self-confident people inspire confidence it gains great help in others: their audience, their peers, their bosses, their customers, and their friends,. Others may find it hard to achieve and resolve anxiety by themselves, theirs a lot of other ways to solve it by seeking professionals or specialist that can guide us.

There are many forms of anxiety and I think all people has anxiety or fear. If we had anxiety we should face them not to be afraid to them but not all anxiety must be face its either to avoid or solve. Disorders respond very well to treatment and often in a relatively short amount of time, consulting a doctor or medication may be helpful as well. It can help to " take the edge off " of your anxiety, enough to tolerate an anxious situation. Medicine might also eliminate your anxiety completely. You most likely would not have to take medication for an extended period of time but that will depend on what your doctor recommend.
Anxiety is a mood and it becomes a mental disorder when theirs appearance characterized by excessive, uncontrollable and often irrational worry about everyday things that is disproportionate to the actual source of worry. Subsequent problem or additional challenges come triggers a person to depression that may lead to crisis. Poor personality would not be a help to face struggles and conquer a solution.
