Blogpost 2: Anxiety Disorders & Attacks

Self-confidence is extremely important in almost every aspect of our lives. Every person is unique and has different to each other. Success of a person starts to their inner self so a better foundation is important.


Personality is a combination of emotional, attitudinal, and behavioral response patterns of an individual. We deal ourselves in process that we do assessment, planning and implementation to reach or solve our problems. Personality does not just influence how we interact and respond in our environment; it also causes us to act in certain ways.Trust to oneself or we shall say self confidence is the key to face our problems in success.


According to Dave Carbonell, Ph.D in Anxiety Coach entitled Anxiety help for fears and phobias anxiety disorders. It says that generally very treatable, but when you experience one, you probably find it hard to overcome. The reason is that, while you have the ability to recover, anxiety literally tricks you into using methods which make your fears worse rather than better.



 "Getting rid of anxiety disorders isn't the same as taking out the trash. If you take your trash out to the curb, it's gone forever, and won't come back. But when you try to dispose of chronic anxiety, you often find that this task is more like the child's game, "Whack a Mole", than it's like taking out the trash. Each time you hit a mole, more moles pop up. Every effort that you make to fight against anxiety, invites more of it. So you need to be able to work smart, not hard, to overcome anxiety disorders." 

As I have read this articles, facing problem would be easy by staying focus and not doing deep rationalization always because if you over think you may not see that the resolution will be may only in front of you but always be smart also. Smart not only in knowledge but also in all aspect.

 

According to Anxiety centre by Jim Folk entitled Anxiety attacks. In this article that I read anxiety attacks can be awful and frustrating. Those who experience them know how difficult they can be. But you can eliminate them. It stated also here the feeling of a person who anxiety and is not easy have one.



"While everyone experiences brief episodes of intense anxiety from time to time, and a great many people experience one or two anxiety attacks over the course of their lifetime, anxiety attack disorder occurs when these attacks become frequent or persistent, begin interfering with or restricting normal lifestyle, or when the individual becomes afraid of them. Once established, anxiety attack disorder can be very ."

 

Based on my experience anxiety occurs when a problem or fear comes to you frequently and persistently because yourself use to it and that's why you start to afraid to anxiety that you have but  anxiety can be eliminate by medication or practices. 

 

 An anxiety attack is a short period of overwhelming fear that comes to a person with no warning and for no rational reason. Its normal to feel anxious when facing a problem.  Every person who experience anxiety attacks or panic attacks should go for a medication to eliminate it so every that have anxiety can be free.
